By booking your appointment you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following policies:

CANCELLATION FEE

When booking, you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment. Please avoid cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service(s) for cancelling late or 100% for not showing up.

ARRIVAL

By appointment only.

First time clients and facials, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment time. You will still be charged the same amount.

PRICES

Service and product prices are subject to change.

PAYMENT

Cash payment is accepted, but we do not have change. Please come with exact cash. Debit cards, all major credit cards and e-transfer are also accepted.

RETURNS

No refunds on product or services.
