By booking your appointment you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following policies:

For the time being, STUDIODERMA is not accepting new male clients, unless referred by a regular client.

CANCELLATION FEE

When booking online you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number to reserve your appointment. Please avoid cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time.

Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service(s) for cancelling late or 100% for not showing up.

ARRIVAL

First time clients and for facials, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out any necessary forms and prepare for your appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment to ensure my next guest is not left waiting. You will still be charged for the full appointment.

PRICES

Although we make every effort to keep price menus updated, prices and services are subject to change.

PAYMENT

Cash payment is accepted, but we do not have change. Please come with exact cash. Debit cards, all major credit cards and e-transfer are also accepted.

RETURNS

No refunds on product or services.
